Presley regularly appears on bail hearings, guilty pleas, motions, Charter applications, and trials, handling criminal matters such as impaired driving, assault, sexual offences, property offences, and other regulatory or procedural cases, as well as civil litigation including contract disputes, business and commercial litigation, and debt recovery.

Presley holds a Global Professional Master of Laws from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Laws with Honours (Class I) from the University of Birmingham, and an Honours B.A. in Communication Studies from McMaster University. During his studies in the UK, he won the University of Birmingham’s Client Negotiation Competition and was chosen to represent the university at the national level, where he reached the final of the UK Sports Law Negotiation Competition, developing high-stakes bargaining strategies evaluated by senior representatives from Adidas, the English Football League, and other major sports organizations.

He also has a strong interest in sports management and sports business, particularly hockey. He completed a specialized Hockey Agent Course, gaining practical insights into player representation, contract negotiation, endorsement and sponsorship agreements, responsible social media and personal branding, regulatory compliance, and the business and legal considerations essential to protecting and advancing the careers of professional athletes.
